Oopsie daisy! Looks like I missed January. But the glass half full way of looking at this is… it’s March 2nd and I’ve got the Feb playback posted! Way to go me! Let’s play a little catch up shall we?

Made our way to a raptors game, because sports are fun with friends!

Hayley and I joined Jordan for her post New Year’s – New Year party. Super fun times with a bunch of her Stratford friends who like to wear Blundstones.

I kept on keeping on with kntiting things and finished two toques and a headband.

I signed up for my Yoga Sanctuary membership and am really loving being back.
Feels good to be back in the yoga-swing of things with @Yoga_Sanctuary.

Women’s Executive Network held a breakfast with Jeanne Beker speaking about branding. She’s such a dynamic individual. I certainly took home a lot to think about.

My cousin Arna was in town for a training seminar and her hotel just happened to be at the end of my street! Small world! We got together, made our way to my favourite restaurant and caught up. It was a really nice evening.

Matthew and I made a little trip to Montreal, we worked from our respective offices and stayed the weekend. It was super meeting my Quebec colleagues; I’ve been working with them quite closely since I started in October. And I also got to see some of Matthew’s friends again.
Ali and Andrew joined us in the city for the weekend too! Chris made a guest appearance for our double date night dinner.

On Saturday, we all got to do what we wanted. Ali wanted to see penguins at the Biodôme, I wanted Fairmount Bagels (because yes) and the boys wanted to see the Leafs v Habs game.

I spent a weekend at home with my parents which meant lots of yummy vegan food and a trip to the new velodrome in Milton to see my dad ride. The early morning wake up call had me really missing early mornings at the rink.

If I’m being honest, the weather kicked my butt this February. Generally I’m a big winter fan, give me -5 or -10 and a nice snowfall and I’m a happy camper, but when it’s -30 day after day after day? Nope, not the best. I got into a bit of a funk… probably didn’t help that I stopped taking my iron supps mid way through the month. Anyways… I bundled up and got outside to explore the city a bit throughout Jan and Feb. Your feet can take you so many places if you let them!

I’m generally not a fan of spring, but given the cold weather we’ve had this past month I’m looking forward to what might be a soggy March.
